Once you enter your data, the calculator should tell you how much you need to eat per day. Start off for two weeks eating that amount, if you are losing weight then great! If not then lower it by 200 calories and start to eat that amount. Just adjust it until you find the proper amount.

3-Know When To Eat What

Possibly the most confusing thing when it comes to setting up a healthy diet plan for fast weight loss is choosing when to eat what. I am going to make this extremely simple and let you know that carbs should never be eaten with fat. You need to have three high protein and medium fat meals per day and three high protein and medium carb meals per day. You should eat the majority of your protein+carb meals in the morning and your protein+fat meals in the afternoon
