Diet Plan For Fatty Liver - Eating High Fiber Foods to Lose That Excess Fat

Fatty liver is a disease that is caused by fat build ups that are found in the liver cells. This disease has no symptom and can only be detected when a patient under goes an ultra sound.

When a person undergoes an ultra sound and finds out that he or she has a fatty liver, the doctor in charge will usually advise them to go on a diet and eat specific foods so that the excess fat that are stored in the liver cells will disappear.

The common diet plan that doctors give to their patients is a high fiber diet. High fiber foods improves digestion and helps a person lose weight in the process. Basic examples of these foods are;
