As you may already know, the weight loss industry is becoming more and more lucrative with every passing day. Because obesity rates are higher than they have ever been before, people worldwide are in a mad dash to try and find the best and newest way to avoid gaining any more weight than they already have. Added to this is the constant pressures that celebrities provide us with - the exceptionally skinny, beautiful Hollywood actresses and actors parading around the TV screen. Seeing these celebrities can tend to make us feel inadequate or unworthy of others. For this reason, the weight loss and dieting industries prey upon desperate individuals, selling new fad diets which often end up with nothing but bogus claims and broken promises. Is there a viable answer to this problem? While it is true that different dieting plans work for individuals in different ways, calorie shifting offers exceptional results for everyone - with an unparalleled success rate that cannot be beaten. These diet plans are inexpensive, they make total sense, and are east to follow.
The whole purpose of calorie shifting diet plans is to trick your body's metabolism. If you ever have tried a low-calorie diet plan, your body ultimately switches to a mode which simulates that it is suffering from starvation. According to basic biological functions of the body, there is no such thing as a diet - therefore, your body imagines that it is starving. The body cannot tell that you want to simply shed a few pounds. Essentially, your body then takes necessary precautions to keep you from starving. Calories are then stored at a massive rate inside your body, as it stops all non-essential bodily functions. This naturally causes you to gain back any weight you previously lost, and it completely slows your metabolism down, effectively keeping you from losing any more weight. Calorie shifting is the solution to this problem, and this is way millions of people the world over are trying calorie shifting diets.
On your calorie shifting diet plan, you only eat a certain amount of calories each day. Sunday, for example, you can eat 1200 calories; Tuesday you can raise it to 1500; then on Saturday you drop down to 1000. This will completely confuse your body. While you cannot be starving if you eat high calories one day and lower calories on another day. Your body will simply conform itself to these changes, boosting the metabolism to help burn excess pounds. With these diet plans, you can easily follow a low calorie diet routine while not inhibiting any of your efforts trying to lose weight and without harming your metabolism.
Perhaps one of the greatest aspects when calorie shifting is that you do not feel as though you are lacking. A little less than 50% of the time you will actually feel as though you are on a diet plan. For example, if you abstain from sweets on one day, this doesn't mean that you cannot have them on another day - you can even have bigger servings if you so desire. Due to this constant daily change - or shift - your body will not give you any sort of cravings and you will not feel dissatisfied or deprived of what you want to eat. In this sense, cheating on your diet plan is a part of calorie shifting. It can be tough for you to resist cravings and temptations after a while. Once you give in, you are bound to binge on whatever you crave, thus ruining other diet plans. Calorie shifting diets do not allow for this to happen because of the constant shifting happening daily.
