Will a Low Calorie Diet Plan Be Enough to Drop 2 - 4 Pounds of Body Fat a Week?

In searching for the holy grail of fast fat and weight loss many of us have considered a low calorie plan.  But is this enough?  And, will this work week after week to drop a ton of fat weight quickly? The short answer is "not entirely".  Lowering calories is only one piece of the puzzle to dropping 2 - 4 pounds of body fat per week.  Should we lower our calories? 

Yes, we must.  But, we have to do it in a way that's smart and rash.
