How does eating your favorite foods and not be anxious of your weight sound? Fantastic, huh? I wanted to adopt an extraordinary diet plan that will not make me give up my favorite foods and still stay fit. Then I bumped into easy diet plans, and I know I'll never look back.

1. Good sources of protein such as egg whites, ricotta cheese, beef, chicken, turkey, and fishes like salmon, mackerel and sardines should be added to your diet.
2. Good fats such as almond butter, coconut oil, flaxseed oil, olive oil, plain and organic yogurt, raw nuts and seeds should be included, too.
3. Cracker, cookie and other processed foods usually have trans fat or partially hydrogenated oil. Subtract them from your diet.
4. Refined sugars and high glycemic foods such as corn flakes, rice crisps, breakfast cereals and white bread may increase your glucose level and make you put on weight. Keep them at a minimum.
5. Artificial sweeteners in fruit juices and other syrups are not very healthy. Keep an eye on them as well. And voila, you've created your very own easy diet plans.
As long as you understand this "add and subtract" method, you'll realize these are only some of the foods you can get by without.
Every year on Christmas I see the same wishlist coming from people who want to achieve their ideal weight.
