- 9kcal = 1 gram of fat

- 4kcal carbohydrate is equal to 1 gram of carbohydrate

- 4kcal protein is equal to 1 gram of protein

d) Finally, you can begin your diet by eating every 3 hours every day, at the end of the day you would have had about six meals.
