Let me explain why 6 meals a day. First, it is easier to control the portions of the food. You also need to eat enough to fill satisfied but not full. In addition, eating more frequently will get you to speed up metabolism and you will not be hungry.

People think a starvation is the answer to their weigh loss problem. This is actually totally wrong! You need to eat meat, vegetables, nuts, diary, and fruits to lose weight. 5. Green tea and water
Two liquid ingredients that help with the weight loss are the green tea and water. You should drink around 8 glasses of water a day at the minimum and green tea will help you burn around 50-60 calories per a cup. Not bad for not doing anything except drinking tea.
6. Have a Healthy Snack on Hand
This is the most common reason people eat the junk food. When ever you get hungry, you start taking the food that is not good for you! If you have a healthy snack on hand, there is a kind of a must. Otherwise, all the 5 steps above will not work.
7. The exercise!
Ok. This is the most painful for most people. But it has to be done. You really don't have to run a marathon to lose the weight, but what you do have to do is get 30 min of exercise in order to lose those inches and pounds. Park your car a little further from the door entrance. Climb the stairs, (great for your thighs) go for a walk on your lunch hour! Take a break and just enjoy a nature for 30 min. and you will get that needed exercise. Exercise has to be incorporate with the good healthy diet plan in order to lose weight!
