This is a calorie based diet plan because most people do not understand that the problem with diet is not in cutting down the food, it is about boosting your metabolism to burn more calories not less. What happens with a lot of reduced food intake is that you actually slow down the metabolism. The key is in your metabolism. You need to speed it up and not slow it down.
