Pomegranate - Blueberry Smoothie Recipe

You will need to peel and remove the seeds from one large pomegranate before starting.

The seeds of one (1) large pomegranate (Natural anti-oxidants)

o 2 medium bananas, cut in chunks

o 1/4 cup of blueberries (High in Vitamins C and E)

o 3/4-1 cup of milk (soy, 2% or whole milk)

o 1Tbsp honey

Directions:

Mix the ingredients together, blending until smooth. Start with only 3/4 cup of milk and add more if you want (or need) to. The consistency might only need 3/4 cup of milk if you use frozen blueberries, however if you use fresh, you might find 1 cup of soy milk to make the consistency you like.
