Your body will have to burn calories in order to digest the raw fruits and vegetables you consume, and since you're eating them between four and six times a day... You're going to lose weight quickly.

After eating the fruit, take a scoop of whey protein or soy protein in a glass of water. If you still feel hungry after, eat any food you wish that in a portion size that contains less than 200 calories.
