A 6 Day Diet Plan You Can Use to Lose Weight

Many nutritionists and weight loss specialists believe that the key to a fast weight loss is eating more meals each day not less. That way you will accelerate your metabolism. Here is a 6 day weight loss diet that contains 6 meals for each day. You will never go hungry and you will also lose weight. How cool is that?!

Day 1:

7 am: an omelet made out of 6 egg whites plus half a cup of whole grain cereals

10 am: a nutritious shake

13 pm: grilled tuna with 2 baked potatoes

16 pm: a whole grain cereal snack

19 pm: grilled beef with sweet potatoes and green beans

22 pm: cheese with blueberries

Day 2:

7 am: diet sausages plus a white egg omelet with diet cheese and a tortilla

10 am: a coffee

13 pm: grilled salmon with spinach and brown rice

16 pm: a nutritious shake

19 pm: grille pork meat with asparagus and baked potatoes

22 pm: cheese with blueberries

Day 3:

7 am: pancakes made out only egg whites with no sugar filled topping

13 pm: chicken fajitas

16 pm: a coffee

Day 4:

Day 5:

7 am: egg white omelet with oat flakes

10 am: a cereal bar

22 pm: cottage cheese with dill

Day 6:

7 am: egg white pancakes with a glass of fresh orange juice

10 am: a nutritious shake

13 pm: chicken chili with a lettuce salad

16 pm: a cereal bar

19 pm: chicken with mushrooms and whole grain pastas

22 pm: cottage cheese and a yogurt

Remember that you don't have to stuff your face during the 6 day diet plan. You should never feel stuffed after a meal. A good habit is to always leave some food on the plate.
