The good news about the anti wrinkle diet is about its simplicity. Anyone with just enough courage can get in and enjoy every bit of it. So we begin with our list, which is not meant to be exhaustive. Some other considerations are:

Lean Protein

Some foods that will help repair your cells that have been harassed by free radicals will include skinless chicken, fish, beans and other lean proteins.  When they are digested they become amino acids which are building blocks for your cells. When you have enough amino acids the speed of repair of destroyed skin cells and collagen is enhanced.  Ensure you have a lean protein at every meal.

Olive Oil

Olive oil consists of a lot of oleic acid, a fatty acid that keep the cell membranes smooth and the skin supple and tender. It also has properties that help fight inflammation. There is also Vitamin E Polyphenols which is a class of anti oxidants which protect the skin from free radicals. Ensure you use olive oil for all your dishes if possible.

Garlic

Garlic is well known for its antibiotic qualities and will bring polyphenols on your table to help maintain a wrinkle free skin for you.  Keep garlic always and add minced raw garlic to as many of your foods as you can. Develop the habit of eating raw clove of garlic once so often and your skin will improve greatly.

Berries

Berries are packed chock full with antioxidant properties like no ones business. They have the greatest quantities of antioxidants for their sizes. Get and eat plenty of strawberries, blue berries and rasp berries. They are wonderful in repairing damaged skin and keeping it smooth and supple. Do not forget the citrus fruits and red apples eaten with their peels for maximum benefits. You can eat them as they are or blend them into smoothies and enjoy yourself as you protest yourself.

Green Tea

Very few people have discovered the benefits of green tea which has plenty of polyphenols and tops the list of beverages that are good for the health of your skin.  If you can manage four cups of green tea a day you will be on your way to a health skin free of wrinkles.

Fish

Get all those fatty fishes that are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids for the good health of your skin. The Omega - 3 helps keel your cell membranes fluid and healthy. You need at least four servings per week to maintain a good health skin.
