The best type of meat I can recommend for overweight people is the lean, skinless meat of chicken.

Monitor your eating habits. Even with all the food restrictions that our diet plan places on us, we are likely to make slip-ups. Yeah, occasionally, you will touch those 'forbidden foods' or indulge in sweet delicacies; but when you do this, make sure to keep a list of each item you are eating. Then compare that list with your diet chart. This is also a good way of identifying the fatty foods on your diet and eliminating them totally. If you need help with this, you may consult a professional dietician.

Track your calorie intake. Your body needs a certain number of calories in order to function properly. If you consume more than the required amount of calories, you will gain weight, and if you eat less, you will suffer from malnutrition. The key to fast weight loss lies in following a balanced and healthy diet that will provide your body with the required amount of nutrition without making you all the more overweight.
