In this sense, cheating on your diet plan is a part of calorie shifting. It can be tough for you to resist cravings and temptations after a while. Once you give in, you are bound to binge on whatever you crave, thus ruining other diet plans. Calorie shifting diets do not allow for this to happen because of the constant shifting happening daily.
