It takes some time for your metabolism to start working, and the fact is that you didn't gain all that weight over night, so don't expect to lose it that fast. Exercise is the key to wake up your metabolism and start losing pounds, no diet plan can help you to achieve something that without exercise! You cannot lose 10 pound in one week no matter what you do!
