Make Sure You Choose the Right How to Lose Weight Diet Plan, Or You Could Be Sorry!

Many How to lose weight diet plans are NOT HEALTHY! They can seriously hurt your long term health. Most fad diets fall into this category. I'm about to show you how to avoid the unhealthy diets, but also how to find real happinesslifetime.com diets plan that are healthy and produce results fast.

FAD DIETS!

Fad diets can be anything. If you aren't balancing you macro-nutrients, like Protiens, Carbs, and Fats in a balanced way, this is considered a fad diet.

The problem with fad(AKA Starvation diets) is that your body goes into shock when it doesn't get its required calories and starts USING YOUR MUSCLE as energy because it is the easiest thing in your body to break down.

Losing Muscle IS VERY BAD FOR YOUR HEALTH! Just 1 pound of muscle burns an extra 30-50 calories a day all on its own, just by being in your body. If you take that muscle away, by burning it for fuel. That means that extra cookie you ate at your parents house will now be stored as fat, instead of being burned by the muscle mass you used to have.

If you go on a starvation diet, your body will not lose fat, but you will lose weight. Most of it will be muscle. And when you get back to eating regularly, and you will because you can't survive if you don't eat, you will gain a ton more weight because your body is in storage mode.

Remember Muscle is VERY IMPORTANT if you want to have a lean and HEALTHY body.

When Choosing Your How To Lose Weight Diet Program make sure it is written by either a CPT (certified personal trainer) or a CNS ( Certified Nutrition Specialist) preferably both!
