5 Deadly Mistakes to Make When Following an Easy Healthy Diet Plan to Lose Weight

There are so many easy and healthy diet plans out there. However the main problem that many of us make is committing the same mistakes over and over again. Not only does this rob you of all that hard work it can kill your motivation to carry on.

1) A Lack of self belief - You have to believe you can do it. The first pitfall you have to overcome, on your journey to either lose weight or just generally eat more healthy, is your your own mind. You will sabotage any good you do by having the wrong mindset.

2) Cheating too much - It is OK to have the odd treat every now and again. Eating 3 large pizzas in the evenings and 2 McDonalds lunches during the week, does not constitute correct "cheating". This is just pure gluttony.

3) Never eating breakfast - Always eat a good breakfast. There is a reason you hear that saying so often. A good, balanced, solid meal first thing in the morning can really set up for the day. It will also have a great bearing on your fat loss for that day. If your body feels hungry, it will inevitably store fat for energy rather than releasing it from your system.

4) Not Exercising - This is the number one way to begin to lose weight, so why ignore it. Even if you are not very active, just start out slowly. Even a 10 minute walk. The trick is to build up slowly but steadily.

5) Allowing setbacks to affect you - Just because you didn't lose as much weight this week as you did last week. Don't become distressed or upset. Setbacks happen. It's a fact of life. Just firmly believe in your heart that you will strive to do better next week.
