Understanding the Cookie Diet Plan - Lose Weight Naturally

The Cookie Diet Plan might sound absurd to you when you first hear it spoken by someone. Eat cookies and lose weight?! Sounds too good to be true. Well, a lot of times in the world of 'lose weight overnight' diets and scams all around us it is not surprising that we would ALL be skeptical initially.

I am writing this article to help you understand the cookie diet plan more in depth, because I myself thought it was bogus and silly when I first found out about it. First of all, to lose weight, you must maintain a low calorie diet. This is difficult to do because normally when you eat a low calorie diet, the foods don't suppress your hunger and you have to eat more and more to be feel "full."

What Dr. Seigal did with the cookie diet plan was create a food (in the form of a cookie, milkshake or soup) that was LOW in calories but HIGH in "natural hunger suppressing" food proteins called amino acids. That is the foundation of how this who system works and it's simple and brilliant! Think about it, if you can manage to control your hunger naturally without the use of crazy harmful chemicals while maintaining a low calorie diet...you would lose a lot of weight.

I think it is something like an 800 calorie/day diet which would normally be close to impossible to go through with because your hunger pains would be severe. Nobody should have to starve themselves or feel hunger pains in order to lose weight, it is unhealthy and unpleasant. I hope this helps you further understand the cookie diet plan, it isn't as ridiculous as you might have once thought.
